This means more work for developers, who need to become security experts and ensure their platforms are secure. But it’s hard. The market is riddled with overcomplicated, expensive tools that aren’t fit for developers. So, we founded Aikido. We are the no-bullsh*t security platform that developers actually like to use. As our first Channel Sales Manager on the US West Coast, you will scale our channel ecosystem across Resellers and MSPs in the US. You will own and grow our channel partner ecosystem in your region, working closely with leadership, while collaborating with our US sales & success team. This is a high-impact, builder role with the opportunity to grow into expanded responsibilities as the US channel team scales. If leadership emerges, there will be a clear path for advancement. ResponsibilitiesBuild, manage, and close partner-sourced pipeline, while winningpartner-influenced business in your assigned regionEnable partners & run joint GTM plans that drive demand and revenueTrack KPIs, deal registration, and pipeline health through CRM and PRMApply global partner programs, frameworks, and tools to local markets. Identify new partners and qualify together with global partnerships teamYour mission: drive revenue growth for both Aikido and its partners, creating lasting, win–win relationships.4 years in channel sales or B2B SaaS sales (cybersec or developer tools a plus)Experience working with US VARs, MSPs, and distributorsTrack record of building & closing revenue with partners, fast-paced businessSkilled in joint GTM planning, partner enablement, and demand generationStrong network of MSPs, resellers, web builders or system integrators is a plusProficiency with PRM tools, HubSpot, and KPI reportingStrong relationship builder with executive presenceMetrics-driven with proven success in accelerating partner-sourced revenueWhat you can expect:High-impact position in a fast-growing company.
