Key Responsibilities Managing Listings and MLS Tasks: You'll be responsible for posting new listings on MLS platforms, ensuring accurate and timely updates to our property inventory. Appointment Setting and Scheduling: You'll coordinate appointments with clients, agents, and other stakeholders, utilizing your organizational skills to manage complex schedules. Content Creation: Using your proficiency in Canva, you'll create engaging content for our marketing campaigns, social media channels, and other communication materials. Administrative Support: You'll provide general administrative support, including email management, data entry, and other tasks as required. Social Media Management: You'll assist with managing our social media presence, creating and scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement metrics. Tracker Management: You'll utilize trackers to monitor progress, identify areas for improvement, and optimize our workflows. Communication and Correspondence: You'll maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills, responding to client inquiries, and corresponding with internal stakeholders. Essential and Preferred Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Proven Experience in Real Estate: You have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a deep understanding of industry practices and trends.
