About the Role The Music Central Assistant will play a critical role in supporting the Music department at Endeavor. The successful candidate will undergo an 8-week training program, resulting in mastery of WME booking admin and system skills. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, have a basic understanding of Windows OS, and be familiar with the current music industry landscape. Key Responsibilities Complete an 8-week training program resulting in mastery of WME booking admin and system skills Enter promoter offers into WME booking systems Collect ticket counts for WME client roster Review show contracts Complete department and ad-hoc projects Temporarily cover desks while assistants are away Assist with a variety of daily administrative/office tasks Core Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following core competencies: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic understanding of Windows OS Familiarity with the current music industry landscape and passion for live music Ability to handle a high volume of phone calls while maintaining professional communication Detail-oriented and able to handle complex instructions with care and follow-through Excellent multi-tasker and proven problem-solving abilities Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness in execution of assigned tasks Friendly and open demeanor with ability to maintain confidentiality at all times Ability to adapt to changes and work in a fast-paced professional environment Dependable and proactive Able to prioritize the workload and use time efficiently Essential and Preferred Qualifications The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for the music industry and a desire to launch their career in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
