Job Summary The Field Marketing and Sales Manager position will fully manage and be responsible to ensure the delivery of territorial sales targets. Position will be primarily responsible for ensuring a positive revenue stream from the sale of ancillary products that may otherwise go unsold or unaccounted in assigned territory. The FMSM, will develop tactics to educate front line team members the best practices to achieve specific sales objectives and overcoming objections and improving the customer experience. Key Responsibilities Uplift the territory sales volume to its possible best Ensure the delivery of sales targets through individual recognition, performance review, people management and reward Meet with airport team members to discuss their evolving needs Develop sales action plans to facilitate the implementation of the territory initiatives Provide the necessary support to airport management teams Develop and implement new programs, sales initiatives, and strategies to increase customer compliance Optimize collection of ancillary sales, i.e.: bag, seat & agent assist fees at assigned airport locations. Arrange and conduct training sessions for all front-line agents Collaborate with Frontier’s airport leadership to ensure goals and objectives are being met Review and manage associated sales reports and data and pivot as needed Develop creative ways to incentivize airport business partner agents to increase ancillary sales Develop creative sales recognition techniques Collaborate as appropriate to increase onboard credit card take rates Create fun and exciting interaction opportunities with customers by utilizing Frontier mascots Utilize customer interactions to capture meaningful and engaging social posts Support coordination of top customer dinners, new service announcements and inaugural flight activities Support initiatives as needed with local tourist boards and other travel and tourism entities Coordinate company events, both internal and external as needed. Manage charitable giving and brand promotional opportunities Represent and positively position the Frontier brand in assigned territory Interact with customers utilizing company provided animal mascot costume Essential Qualifications We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Field Marketing and Sales Manager to join our team. If you are not located in one of the designated cities, you must be willing to relocate. Remote home based. Various airport locations in assigned territory. Additional hours will include weekends and evenings. 60% travel required. Must be able to follow our remote work policies, including ability and comfort level working from home with access to a high-speed internet connection. Salary and Benefits The salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $83,850.00 + Commissions.
