As a member of our talented support team, you’ll help resolve queries (email mostly), recommend solutions, and become an expert in both our users and our product. You’ll work with engineers and product managers to help solve problems and make Scribe easier and more natural to use. This job is remote friendly (you’ll have teammates around the world).
