Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems. Familiarity with hardware components and troubleshooting techniques. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of network protocols and configurations. Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or equivalent, would be a plus.
