We are a UK-based brand looking for an experienced Amazon FBA Account Manager to handle end-to-end management of our Amazon store. We manufacture baby carrier bags and plan to launch our products on Amazon UK and Amazon US, targeting 500+ units/month in sales. The ideal candidate will set up, manage, and scale our Amazon operations, including product listings, PPC campaigns, reviews, FBA logistics, inventory management, and overall growth strategy. 1. Account Management Set up and manage Amazon Seller Central (UK & US). Ensure compliance with Amazon policies, safety certifications, and brand registry. Monitor account health, handle case logs, and manage suspensions (if any). 2. FBA & Inventory Management Plan, create, and manage FBA shipments. Coordinate with our warehouse and Amazon fulfillment centers. Manage stock levels, avoid overstocking/stockouts, and optimize IPI scores. 3. Product Listings & SEO Create optimized product titles, bullet points, and descriptions. Develop A+ content and Amazon storefront designs. Conduct keyword research to rank products organically. 4. PPC Advertising & Marketing Create and manage Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display, DSP). Optimize ACoS and TACoS to maximize profitability. Plan and execute promotions, coupons, and lightning deals. 5. Reviews & Ranking Implement strategies for genuine reviews within Amazon’s policies. Manage Amazon Vine program and early reviewer initiatives. Improve organic rankings and conversion rates. 6. Reporting & Strategy Provide weekly performance reports (sales, PPC, ranking, inventory). Analyze competitor data and pricing strategies. Recommend scaling opportunities and growth strategies. Qualifications & Skills Required Proven experience managing Amazon FBA accounts (UK, US preferred). Expertise in Amazon Seller Central and FBA logistics. Hands-on experience with Amazon PPC, SEO, and A+ content. Knowledge of product launch strategies and ranking algorithms. Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and Keepa. Strong English communication skills. Data-driven mindset and ability to work independently. Preferred Experience Previous experience launching baby products or similar categories.
