As a Student Services Manager, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve this mission. About the Role The Student Services Manager is a key member of our administrative team, responsible for developing and implementing programs and services that support the academic, personal, and social development of our students. This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students and their families. As a Student Services Manager, you will be responsible for: Overseeing the creation, implementation, and tracking of student onboarding and orientation plans Developing and implementing identification and intervention plans for non-engaged students Creating and delivering professional development for staff on student onboarding, social-emotional well-being, and engagement Using data to determine and respond to student needs Collaborating with the administrative team to create and implement school-wide positive behavior programming Facilitating the identification of student barriers to learning and connecting them to appropriate services and resources Supervising Student Success Coaches and other team members About You To be successful in this role, you will need: A Master's Degree in Education or Social Services (preferred) 5+ years of experience in the K-12 educational setting Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite Products Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and exhibit sound judgment Demonstrated leadership and management ability Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines Customer service-oriented approach Ability to learn new technologies and acquire new skills through independent study and professional training What We Offer In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary package, commensurate with experience.
