About the Role: Technical Customer Success Manager - United Kingdom We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Customer Success Manager to join our UK team. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for driving customer success and adoption of our SAM4 technology across multiple sectors. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping our customers maximize the value of our condition-based maintenance system, and your passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences will be contagious. Key Responsibilities: Support customers' technical teams on-site to install SAM4 hardware, realize energy savings, and address potential upcoming failures detected by SAM4 Develop relationships with customers at multiple levels, build endorsement for our product, and maximize value for our customers Work with our Leiden-based teams to drive best-in-class service for our clients, representing our 'Act instead of react' ethos Take ownership of direct contact with relevant stakeholders at our customers to plan and prepare site visits, troubleshoot, and provide diagnostic support following SAM4 notifications Setup processes, roles, and responsibilities with the project lead from the customer to integrate SAM4 notifications into their daily operations Inspect, perform root cause analysis, and advise on maintenance interventions on assets' drivetrain components upon SAM4 notifications for upcoming failures Support customers and customers' framework partners in installation and troubleshooting of SAM4 hardware on site Understand the SAM4 technology and incident notifications, and interpret the implications of the Asset Reliability Specialist's analysis of SAM4 data Document and report on findings of site visits in the SAM4 tooling, providing key lessons learned & diagnostic reports for our customers, including suggested interventions Manage relationships with customers' maintenance and operations teams, as well as customers' framework partners for installation and asset maintenance Represent the Samotics brand at all times, embodying our values and commitment to excellence Essential Qualifications: At least level 3 Apprenticeships (ideally HND or HNC) 5-10 years of experience in maintenance, engineering, or operation of industrial equipment such as electric motors, gearboxes, drives, pumps Understanding of Condition-Based Maintenance strategies, technologies, and execution UK driving license Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Water and/or Waste Water asset maintenance or operations Experience and/or certification for Vibration analysis or other condition monitoring techniques (e.g., ISO 18436) Digitally savvy, with a good understanding of IoT devices, setups, and communication Competencies: Driven: You're motivated, enthusiastic, and passionate about delivering exceptional results Pragmatic: You're practical, flexible, and able to adapt to changing circumstances Open: You're transparent, communicative, and receptive to feedback and new ideas Team Player: You're collaborative, supportive, and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams Effective Communication: You're able to articulate complex ideas, negotiate, and influence stakeholders Problem-Solving: You're analytical, resourceful, and able to resolve complex technical issues Decision Making: You're able to weigh options, prioritize, and make informed decisions that drive customer success Customer Orientation: You're focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences, building strong relationships, and driving customer loyalty Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Samotics, we're committed to helping our employees grow, develop, and thrive.
