About the Role: Apple Client Platform Engineer We are seeking an experienced Apple Client Platform Engineer to join our team. As an Apple Client Platform Engineer at Alectrona, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality services, including the installation, implementation, and support of Jamf products to our customers. Your expertise will be instrumental in the ongoing development of technical skills and in supporting the success of other Alectrona teams through the delivery of exceptional professional services. This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere, and we are looking for someone who is not only technically skilled but also passionate about providing excellent customer service and support. Key Responsibilities Provide remote setup, installation, configuration, and training of Jamf products to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance. Develop effective solutions to unique customer challenges in optimizing the effectiveness of Jamf products and the Apple endpoints they manage, showcasing your problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box. Assist in handling scoping calls to identify new customer business drivers and requirements for potential service work, demonstrating your understanding of customer needs and your ability to communicate complex technical concepts simply. Offer ongoing technical support for Managed Service customers in conjunction with the Alectrona team, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support and service. Identify requirements, verify prerequisites, identify engagement issues, and set customer expectations to ensure successful project outcomes and high customer satisfaction. Perform engagement administration activities such as pre-engagement planning, deliverables preparation, issues and task tracking, case-study documentation, and post-engagement case management, showcasing your organizational skills and attention to detail. Provide escalated support for professional services engagements, utilizing your technical expertise to resolve complex issues efficiently. Work with team leads to mentor other team members, sharing your knowledge and experience to contribute to the growth and development of the team. Contribute to new product and services concepts & development, bringing your innovative ideas and insights to the table to help drive business growth and excellence. Requirements for Success To excel in this role, you will need: 2 – 4 Years Experience working with Jamf Pro, demonstrating a deep understanding of its capabilities and applications. 5 – 7 Years Experience working with Apple products, showcasing your familiarity with the Apple ecosystem and your ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Business level English Language proficiency, enabling you to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues from diverse backgrounds. Strong Communication Skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear, non-technical manner. Excellent Organizational Skills, with a proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Ability to communicate complex technical terms in an easy-to-understand, non-technical manner, making you an effective communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Compensation, Benefits, and Growth Opportunities The approximate annual compensation range for this role is $90,000-$165,000, including base salary and any related bonuses or commissions.
