Job Overview The Home Service Coordinator will serve as a deals and customer care expert, responsible for building, managing, and collaborating with a diverse community of local service professionals across multiple trades. Key Responsibilities 90% Customer and Trade Expert Engagement: Provide top-notch customer service via inbound/outbound calls, email, and chat systems, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our services. 10% Reporting and Follow-up: Utilize electronic software tools to document customer interactions, ensuring end-to-end support, research, and follow-up are completed to guarantee the best effort in matches between professional trade organizations and customers. Perform other activities as assigned by leadership to support the team and drive business results. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must possess: A Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Communications, Customer Service). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and managing time effectively.
