Our project engineers will be with you every step of the way from design feasiblity, CAD design and design optimization for injection molding, MoldFlow analysis, plastic resin, appearance and surface texture, color, prototype, mold design and build to the end product and throughout production. About The Role We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Virtual Tele Chat Agent to join our Administrative team. This full-time, hourly role is perfect for someone with excellent English communication skills who thrives in a virtual environment. As a Virtual Tele Chat Agent, you will be at the forefront of providing exceptional customer service through chat support, helping to ensure smooth and efficient interactions with clients. What You'll Do • Provide real-time chat assistance to clients, answering questions and resolving inquiries promptly and accurately. • Maintain a friendly, professional, and helpful demeanor during all interactions to deliver outstanding service. • Utilize automated chat tools and software systems to streamline communication and manage workflows effectively. • Resolve customer concerns by identifying solutions or escalating to the appropriate team when necessary. • Document and track all interactions in the company’s internal systems to ensure accurate record-keeping. • Collaborate with other team members and departments to provide seamless customer support and resolve issues efficiently. • Stay up-to-date on services, products, and company policies to deliver relevant and accurate information. Qualifications • Proficient in spoken and written English with excellent grammar and communication skills. • Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or a related field is preferred. • Strong typing skills and familiarity with chat platforms or CRM systems. • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced virtual work environment. • Empathetic problem-solver with a customer-first mindset. • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace to ensure confidentiality and efficiency. • Flexibility to adapt to scheduling needs and work collaboratively with a remote team.
