About the Role We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in Amsterdam, our EMEA regional headquarters. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in providing guidance, coaching, and counsel to people leaders and teams, serving as a trusted advisor on talent management practices within the Talent team. Your expertise will be essential in driving business outcomes, enhancing organizational health, and promoting elite performance. Key Responsibilities Business Partnership: Act as a strategic talent partner for assigned functional leaders (Directors and Regional VPs) in the EMEA region, collaborating with them to translate business objectives into HR strategies and people needs. Organization Design: Demonstrate expertise in organization design, with a deep understanding of working models, workplace strategies, and the ability to effectively fit organizational structures to best align with the specific demands of our business, regional, and local needs. Employee Experience: Work in collaboration with other HRBPs and Global Business Partners (Talent Acquisition, Diversity and Inclusion, Talent Management, and Talent Employee Programs) to ensure a consistent and robust employee experience across the Amsterdam office. Regional Connector: Collaborate closely with EMEA country HRBPs and GBPs to design and implement key talent initiatives across the region, aligning global organizational needs with EMEA needs. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, key stakeholders in the US, and GBPs, navigating complexities and influencing these stakeholders to drive HR initiatives effectively. Culture Ambassador: Develop a deep understanding of the company's business and culture, serving as a role model and advocate for the organization's values. Talent Management: Drive talent management programs focused on enhancing leadership and management capabilities, increasing talent density, and promoting diversity and inclusion. Organizational Health: Assess employee sentiment and provide guidance and coaching to people leaders to improve overall team effectiveness and organizational health. Complex Case Management: Lead the management of employee/employee relations matters, including performance management, terminations, leaves of absence, and more, in collaboration with the Business Legal and Employee Services team. Profile and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need: Essential HR Experience: Significant HR experience, ideally in a HR Manager or HRBP role, with a strong understanding of both business and HR concepts, including problem-solving skills, judgment, critical thinking, and analytical capabilities. Diversity and Inclusion: Expertise in Diversity and Inclusion and the ability to apply it practically within the organization. Excellent Communication Skills: Fluency in spoken and written English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Influencing and Stakeholder Management: Ability to influence stakeholders and prioritize tasks and initiatives effectively. Global Organization Experience: Experience working in a highly matrixed, global organization, with the ability to navigate complex structures.
