Key Responsibilities:Automate IAM Workflows: Design and deploy user provisioning and access automation using SailPoint ISC or SaviyntScript with Power: Build and maintain PowerShell scripts to manage users, groups, and access across AD and Azure ADIntegrate APIs: Connect identity systems with REST APIs to streamline lifecycle management and data exchangeConfigure Access Controls: Help define roles, policies, and recertification processes that keep our environment secure and compliantMonitor & Troubleshoot: Ensure system health, resolve sync issues, and support continuous improvementSupport DevOps: Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and version control for IAM enhancementsCollaborate Across Teams: Partner with IT and security teams to onboard applications and define access rulesAudit & Reporting: Generate reports, document policy enforcement, and support compliance initiativesContribute to Quality: Participate in code reviews, testing, and team knowledge sharingQualifications:1 2 years of experience in IT automation or software engineeringStrong PowerShell scripting skillsHands-on experience with Active Directory and Azure ADFamiliarity with REST APIs and JSONFoundational knowledge of SailPoint ISC or SaviyntUnderstanding of access recertification and compliance conceptsExperience with Git and version controlStrong problem-solving and communication skillsPreferred Skill:Experience with SailPoint IdentityNow or Saviynt in production environmentsFamiliarity with Microsoft Graph API and Workday integrationsKnowledge of compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001)Exposure to CI/CD tools and automated testingBachelor s degree in Computer Science or related fieldThe base salary range for this position is $116,000 - $158,750 annually. The offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, experience, qualifications and work location.
