Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and skilled Enterprise Accounts: Dedicated Senior Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing account management strategies to build and maintain strong external and internal relationships with our large complex Enterprise Accounts customers. You will serve as the primary day-to-day contact for all products and services, advocating for the customer's needs within the organization and working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction, revenue, membership, and earnings objectives are met. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute account management strategy for a strategic, complex, sensitive, large customer, including discussions on service levels and expectations, process improvements, maintaining accuracy of benefits plans, identification of gaps in service levels, and determination of root causes and solution development through cross-functional coordination via internal and external decision makers. Work collaboratively within Aetna and across business functions to ensure customer needs are understood and key issues are addressed. Responsible for Customer Relationship Management for day-to-day contact and various Third Party Vendor contacts. Understand industry trends, regulatory/legislative changes and Aetna policy changes and able to explain impact to the Customer's/Account Strategy. Co-lead coordination for communications of any CVS/Aetna News (i.e. general business announcements, operational support, etc.) Required to communicate with internal and external parties telephonically and/or in person. May require travel to offsite locations for in-person meetings. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: 5+ years of relevant healthcare industry experience. Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience. Health & Life license. Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, the following preferred qualifications would be beneficial: Proven track record of success in account management and sales. Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and regulatory environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
