We’re looking for a hands-on, visionary Chief Technology Officer to lead our client into its next chapter. You’ll take ownership of a solid and growing codebase, scale a talented engineering team, and establish best-in-class practices for speed, reliability, and innovation—especially as we deepen our investments in AI. This is a rare opportunity to lead both strategy and execution at a moment of real momentum. As CTO, you’ll:Lead and grow a distributed engineering team (currently 5 developers, mostly in LatAm)Own architecture and technical decision-making across our stackDrive a clear, forward-looking technical vision, especially around AI chat solutions and AI-assisted development workflowsImprove dev velocity and reliability by strengthening QA, CI/CD, and operational processesCollaborate closely with Product and Design to turn customer needs into beautifully executed softwareReport directly to the CEO and work alongside the CPO to shape strategy and roadmapOur StackFrontend: Vue.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSSBackend: Spring Boot (Java Kotlin)Infrastructure: AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, PostgresAI: OpenAI + evolving AI-assisted workflows (Cursor, Claude, and beyond)Requirements7 -15 years of software engineering working experiencePrevious experience as a Software Architect or Team lead in a start-up environment or corporate.
