We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Claims Handler to join our client's busy team, supporting the onboarding of new business. This is a temporary role with the potential to become permanent, offering remote work every Saturday from 9:00am to 1:00pm. Please note that two days of mandatory in-office training will take place midweek at the client's head office in Aylesbury. Key Responsibilities:Serve as the main point of contact for customers and clients via phone, email, and internal systemsManage and authorise property insurance claims in line with service level agreements (SLAs)Maintain accurate job records and handle low-level complaintsReview supplier estimates and invoices for accuracy and complianceUse digital tools and policy documents to assess and validate claimsConduct final audits and reconcile accounts before closing claimsWhat We're Looking For:Essential:Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and organisational abilitiesProficient computer skillsDesirable:CERT CII certification or willingness to work towards itExperience in insurance claims or property servicesStrong negotiation and problem-solving skillsInterest in training and development opportunitiesAs a temporary associate through Adecco, you'll also gain access to our exclusive benefits portal, offering discounts from high street retailers, a well-being hub, and peer-to-peer recognition tools.
