Have the ability to read and speak English and/or Spanish, with strong communication skills and comfort speaking on the phone. Possess basic computer skills, including typing proficiency, and the ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail. Meet the technical requirements for your computer equipment, including operating system, CPU/processor, memory, and disk space specifications. Have a reliable internet connection, meeting the minimum requirements specified in the Work From Home Internet Requirements document, with only wired connections supported.
