Job Summary As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and participants, providing prompt and friendly assistance via phone, email, and other communication channels. You will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction with our events and services, and will be responsible for handling registration and payment processes, communicating event details, and resolving any customer complaints or issues that may arise. Key Responsibilities Customer Service Excellence: Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries, providing timely and effective support via phone, email, and other communication channels. Registration and Payment Processing: Handle registration and payment processes for events and leagues, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Event Communication: Communicate event details, rules, and schedules to participants in a clear and professional manner. Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth event operations and customer satisfaction. Data Management: Maintain accurate and organized customer records and data. Marketing and Promotion: Assist with marketing and promotional efforts to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and customer needs to continuously improve our services and processes. Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. Experience: 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a sports or event management setting. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
