Contingent upon contract award. Job Responsibilities Lead all Design and implementation of Micro Service Architecture JEE software applications. Full stack development building highly scalable web and batch applications. Lead Agile development methodologies and ceremonies. Develop Front-end applications utilizing REACT JavaScript frameworks, HTML, CSS, etc. Develop Back-end applications using Java frameworks like Spring Boot, Core Java, JDBC, SQL, RESTful APIs, Microservices etc. Use modern software engineering tools including Eclipse, Rational Application Developer (RAD), and Atlassian Suites for the design, development, and testing of software. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or relevant discipline (4 years of equivalent experience). 9+ years experience of overall applicable experience. 4+ years leading Java developerment teams. Ability to obtain and maintain a IRS MBI (Minimum Background Investigation) Security Clearance from the Federal Agency. Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using Java for backend and JavaScript, HTML, CSS for frontend development. Implement server-side logic, database integration, and ensure seamless data flow between backend and frontend. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and web services using Java and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate). Ensure secure and efficient data management and integration with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc. Implement client-side validation, event handling, and dynamic content update functionalities. Write and execute unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to ensure software quality and reliability. Debug and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks. System development methodologies including Agile. Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Desired: Active IRS MBI Clearance is highly desirable. Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
