As a Mental Health Clinician, you will be part of an integrated care team committed to identifying clients' individual needs, addressing barriers, and developing proactive strategies to support their recovery journey. This is a full-time, flexible hours position with a hybrid work-from-home schedule, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while still being connected to the team and clients. The role involves conducting in-person sessions at VOAMASS's outpatient clinic in Taunton and telehealth sessions during work-from-home days. Key Responsibilities Maintain an active billable caseload of 30 hours per week on average, including individual, couples, family, and group sessions. Develop individualized action plans with clients, focusing on mental health, substance use, and co-occurring symptoms. Participate in weekly individual and group clinical supervision, as well as staff meetings. Collaborate with the integrated services care team to enhance clients' experiences with a whole-person health approach. Serve as part of the crisis team, providing crisis intervention services, brief supportive psychotherapy, and timely assessments to triage and refer clients to providers based on acuity of need. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must have: A 60-credit Master's Degree from an accredited institution in mental health counseling, social work, psychology, or a related human services field, with an internship as part of the program. For licensed candidates, an active license in MA (LMHC, LICSW, or LADCI). For unlicensed candidates, eligibility for licensure within the timeline set for each licensure track. At least one year of experience working with clients diagnosed with substance use disorders, mental health disorders, and co-occurring disorders. Experience working with diverse populations, various ages, and a wide range of diagnoses. Knowledge of trauma-informed and harm reduction philosophies. Computer skills to learn electronic medical record systems.
