Community Building: Foster and grow our online community by interacting with followers, responding to comments, and addressing inquiries. Monitoring & Analytics: Monitor social media channels for trends, track key performance metrics, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with marketing campaigns, promotions, and company initiatives. Required Skills: Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics. Creative thinking and a passion for staying updated with industry trends. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently. Knowledge of the latest social media trends and best practices. Familiarity with paid social advertising is a plus.
