Key Responsibilities As a Data & Access Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting market and patient access activities for Johnson & Johnson's key brands. Your primary responsibilities will include: Developing and maintaining financial models and strategic perspectives to drive business growth. Managing internal pricing and financial data sets, ensuring accuracy and quality. Conducting local initiatives and analysis on cost and reimbursement calculations, pricing strategies, and market trends. Reviewing and adapting global/EMEA financial models and corporate Johnson & Johnson pricing and data tools for local business needs. Utilizing health economic, pricing, and data evidence to inform key stakeholder decisions. Engaging with key stakeholders, academics, and payers to build a deep understanding of customer needs and develop targeted programs. Maintaining technical/expert knowledge and supporting access strategies for assigned products. Collaborating with internal stakeholders across regions, offices, and functional organizations to ensure seamless information flow. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you will need: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as economics, finance, or healthcare. A background in health economics or finance, with experience working with data sets and market analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex data. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications, with the ability to learn new tools and systems. Fluency in English and Slovak languages. A proactive and adaptable approach, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications will be considered advantageous: Experience working in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Knowledge of health economics, pricing, and reimbursement strategies. Familiarity with Johnson & Johnson's products and services. Previous experience working in a remote or flexible work environment.
