As a Customer Administrative Specialist in our Government sales team, you'll play a vital role in supporting our civilian sales efforts at the state and local levels, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The Role: Customer Administrative Specialist for Government Sales We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Administrative Specialist to join our strategic civilian sales team. As a key member of our sales organization, you'll be responsible for supporting our sales efforts, developing a portfolio of buying customers, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Making outbound sales contact, including cold calling, and pursuing sales leads to develop a portfolio of buying customers Accepting orders, closing sales, maintaining customer records, and completing required documentation Identifying and qualifying prospective customers, as well as recording sales prospecting activity in Salesforce Representing an assigned product line, which may overlap with other sales teams' territories, if applicable Working with territory/account, product/services, or sales processes with limited complexity Informing customers of new product/service introductions and prices Maintaining communication with the Sales Director and Team Lead to ensure alignment and maximize sales performance Maintaining a proficient understanding of Accurint and the ability to demonstrate the platform and discuss pricing plans Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a combination of skills, knowledge, and experience.
