**Experienced Director, Security Service Delivery - Remote: Lead the Charge in Cybersecurity Excellence**

You'll work closely with our Segment CISO and BISO to prioritize and actively manage the risk portfolio, ensuring that our clients' security needs are met and exceeded. Your expertise will be invaluable in driving the technical and business-level assessment and review of areas of security risk, and in guiding segment-level risk management and operational execution. **Primary Responsibilities** * Consolidate the overall portfolio of services that EIS must manage on behalf of the OI and OAI business segments * Partner with Segment CISO and BISO to prioritize and actively manage the risk portfolio * Engage with EIS functional capabilities to ensure all segment deliverables are met * Provide clarity and active oversight of the net work in flight consumable by segment leadership * Assume technical and functional leadership to enhance, minimize, and mitigate the technical and operations drivers of Info Sec risk within the OI and OAI business segments * Drive the technical and business-level assessment and review of areas of security risk * Partner with segment technology and business leadership to guide segment-level risk management and operational execution * Act as primary point of contact for Segment Security Liasons in the proactive development of the Segment Risk Posture Enhancement and Reviews * Communicate effectively with external clients and vendors on security and risk posture * Provide technical and policy guidance to Security Office team * Support the Segment CIO/ CTO structures in the development of and tactical enablement of technology review processes * Partner with segment stakeholders to support customer and regulatory audits of the Information Security Program * Represent technical and operational elements of our e Information Security capabilities of UHG to both current and prospective customers * Provide leadership, guidance, team direction, problem resolution, and accountability for the performance of managers and/or senior-level professional staff * Provide support role, as needed, for the BISO and Office of Information Security * Maintain a deep understanding of the business, their customers, and service-delivery models **Essential Qualifications** * 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on security service delivery * Proven track record of success in leading security service delivery teams * Strong understanding of security technologies, including cloud security, network security, and endpoint security * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders * Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams * Experience with security frameworks, including NIST and ISO 27001 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex security issues and develop effective solutions **Preferred Qualifications** * CISSP or CISM certification * Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) systems * Experience with security orchestration, automation, and response (SOAR) tools * Experience with cloud security platforms, including AWS and Azure * Experience with containerization and orchestration, including Docker and Kubernetes * Experience with DevSecOps and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines **Skills and Competencies** * Strong technical skills, with a focus on security technologies and frameworks * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders * Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex security issues and develop effective solutions * Experience with security frameworks, including NIST and ISO 27001 * Strong understanding of cloud security, network security, and endpoint security * Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) systems * Experience with security orchestration, automation, and response (SOAR) tools **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** * Opportunities for professional growth and development, including training and certification programs * Collaborative and dynamic work environment, with a focus on innovation and continuous learning * Access to cutting-edge security technologies and tools * Opportunities to work on high-profile projects and initiatives * Collaborative and supportive team environment, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration **Work Environment and Company Culture** * Remote work environment, with the flexibility to work from anywhere within the U.
