The Opportunity We are looking for a success-driven customer service team player who is passionate about financial and lending services and working with the public. As a Customer Service Representative - Bilingual, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, customizing financial solutions that meet clients' needs and financial goals, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Customize financial solutions that meet clients' needs and financial goals. Appropriately apply all available collection procedures and payment alternatives to minimize delinquency and credit losses. Meet and exceed company sales goals by making our company known, selling our products, and getting prospects in front of our branches. Build rapport with clients and establish long-term relationships. Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide informed advice to clients. Essential Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in retail, sales, or financial services. Experience in sales and collections preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both languages. Strong phone presence and experience dialing multiple calls per day. Numeric data skills and accuracy with computer (typing speed 40 wpm minimum). Self-motivated and a strong desire for professional growth. Open to receiving constant feedback and willing to become an expert on credit business. High School diploma or College preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the financial services industry. Knowledge of credit and lending regulations. Previous experience in a remote work environment. Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to build rapport with clients and establish long-term relationships.
