About Our Company Culture Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Call Center Swing Shift Agent to join our 24/7 customer service operations. As a remote agent, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls, scheduling service appointments, and responding to customer requests via email, webchat, and text. You will deliver call scripts clearly, be compelling, and personable, while adhering to our company's plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound calls and schedule service appointments in a timely and professional manner Respond to and resolve voicemail messages, abandoned and missed calls from customers, ensuring prompt follow-up and resolution Respond to customer requests via email, webchat, and text, providing personalized support and resolving issues efficiently Deliver call scripts clearly, compellingly, and personably, ensuring a positive customer experience Adhere to the company's plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably, escalating issues as necessary Maintain and update customer database with complete and accurate information, ensuring data integrity and compliance Communicate with dispatch to ensure customers receive 5-Star Service, coordinating logistics and scheduling as needed Provide additional support to the team as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to help Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: High School Diploma or GED, demonstrating a foundation in education and a commitment to learning 2+ years of customer service experience in a phone-based role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer support Experience working in the home services industry preferred, with knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical services Ability to multitask by completing phone and computer work simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills Capability to type at least 40 WPM, with proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite Clear, kind, and energetic phone presence, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remaining organized and composed under pressure Must be a U. S.
