Job Summary As a Full-Time Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in helping us manage customer subscriptions and resolve issues efficiently. You'll work from home, answering phone calls from customers, and providing solutions to their queries. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including call logs and customer information. Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback to improve overall customer experience. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or remote work environment. Excellent reading and writing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers via phone and computer. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions. Ability to work 30+ hours per week, with a minimum of 7 AM to 4 PM MST (8 AM to 5 PM CST) availability. Reliability and adherence to attendance policies, with minimal absences and punctuality. Technical Requirements: Reliable internet connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps download speed. PC or laptop with at least Windows 8 or High Sierra IOS. USB headset for taking calls. Dedicated, quiet workspace with minimal interruptions. Solid PC skills, including data entry, systems navigation, and basic troubleshooting. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a subscription-based industry or utility company. Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems.
