About the Role As an Entry Level Helpdesk Agent, you will be responsible for providing first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and chat. You will troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring that our clients receive prompt and effective solutions to their technical problems. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: A High School Diploma or equivalent, providing a solid foundation for your future career growth and development. A basic understanding of computer systems and software, including hardware, operating systems, and applications. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
