Key Responsibilities Deliver Excellent Customer Service: Provide professional and friendly service to customers, responding to their queries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. Manage Cash Register and Payments: Accurately process transactions, handle payments, and manage exchanges with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency. Engage with Customers: Offer guidance and support to customers during checkout, ensuring a positive experience and encouraging customers to complete their purchases. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering excellent service. Cash Handling Experience: Experience handling cash, operating a cash register, and managing transactions.
