Job Overview As a Support Lead for Guest Experiences, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our support team. This part-time position (13 hours per week) offers the opportunity to work remotely and has the potential to transition into a full-time role in 7 months. Key Responsibilities As the Support Lead, your primary objective will be to manage and support our team of agents, ensuring they provide top-notch service to our guests and owners. Your duties will include: Team Management: Oversee the support crew's hours and tasks, ensuring seamless operations and efficient use of resources. Communication Checks: Monitor and evaluate the quality of interactions between agents and guests, providing feedback and coaching to maintain high standards. Schedule Planning: Create and manage shift schedules to ensure adequate coverage and minimize conflicts. Process Upgrades: Continuously assess and improve our support processes, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes as needed. Job Log Reviews: Regularly review job logs to ensure accuracy and completeness, making adjustments as necessary. Platform Management: Maintain the organization and integrity of our Asana and Slack platforms, ensuring they remain up-to-date and functional. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Fluent English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely. Team Management: Proven experience in managing teams, tracking hours and tasks, and ensuring smooth operations. Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, with the ability to focus on small aspects that can make a significant difference in our guest experiences. Familiarity with Asana and Slack: Previous experience with these platforms is desirable, although training can be provided for the right candidate. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following skills and qualities will be advantageous in this role: Previous Experience in Support or Customer Service: A background in support or customer service will provide a solid foundation for this position. Technical Skills: Familiarity with OpenPhone and other relevant tools will be beneficial in this role. Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: The ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement changes will be highly valued.
