We are looking for a strategic and tactical thinker who has a growth mindset and a track record designing and developing customized customer experience and employee experience solutions powered by best-in-class digital platforms. What You Will Be Doing: Collaborate with cross functional teams and clients to understand their business objectives, user needs, and market requirementsConduct user research, usability testing, and/or competitive analysis to inform design decisions and ensure user-centric solutionsExecute on Visual Design from initial concepts to a refined design with some guidance and coachingExecute on Wireframes & Prototypes (low, mid and high fidelity) with minimum guidance & coachingDeliver on multiple workstreams or accounts at the same time Be an advocate for the user centric design at our company Contribute to the company’s Design culture What You Will Bring: 2+ years of UI/UX Design experience, preferably within a consulting or agency environmentDigital portfolio, user-centered design projects and user experiences is requiredProficiency in designing and prototyping in Figma and/or XDHave practiced using design methods such as Heuristic Evaluations, Design Thinking workshops, to build empathy for our usersHave a working knowledge of Design SystemsAbility to design across various channels, including the Web. Mobile app, etcEffective communication, presentation, and collaboration skillsGreat working knowledge of user research methods, information architecture, and interaction design.
