Responsibilities: - Respond to inquiries and provide Chat support to Chinese-speaking customers via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels. - Use active listening and a consultative approach to understand customer issues and needs, and recommend appropriate solutions or assistance. - Address customer concerns, troubleshoot problems, and provide timely and effective solutions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. - Demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken Chinese, with excellent grammar and communication skills. - Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer chat support processes.
