Job Posting TitleSr. Program Manager (Sales/RFPs) - RemoteJob DescriptionThe Senior Program Manager, Distribution Strategy and Innovation is accountable for the execution of specialty and home delivery pharmacy services. ResponsibilitiesCollaborates with Prime's Sales and Marketing teams to advance enterprise growth objectives by communicating and educating on overall specialty pharmacy strategy, contributing in the review of Request for Proposals (RFPs), and evaluating contract documentation to ensure alignment with business goalsAct as point of contact for RFP question development and assist proposal writers with SME supportDevelop, upkeep and refresh external facing materials such as slide decks, publications, and specialty and home delivery distribution strategy value storyDevelop, execute, and lead operational plans for programs and initiatives related to specialty and home delivery distribution strategy across all market segments and for maintaining alignment and identifying interdependencies between all program level work effortsCollaborate with various business units, cross functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate implementation of programsManage products/programs and implement tools/enhancements to ensure new sales and growth strategies are successfully developed and implementedCollaborate with other business units to develop business cases to support new program opportunities/enhancements and performance target metricsOther duties as assignedEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Health Care Administration, or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required5 years of work experience in healthcare, PBM, specialty pharmacy, or health care consulting1 year of project/program management experienceMust be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorshipAdditional QualificationsAbility to work in self-directed environmentCritical thinking skills and ability to anticipate issues and develop innovative solutionsProficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint)Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlinesPreferred QualificationsMaster's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or related fieldPhysical DemandsAbility to travel up to 20% of the timeConstantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hearFrequently required to reach with hands and armsOccasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, and crouchOccasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 poundsSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focusEvery employee must understand, comply with and attest to the security responsibilities and security controls unique to their job, and comply with all applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements and internal policies and procedures.
