As a Business Support Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the administration, coordination, and quality assurance of all aspects of Terminal Operations, third-party vendors, technology, and internal partners to ensure a magical guest experience. Key Responsibilities Participate in the development, issues, enhancements, and communication strategy for Terminal Operations and core partners. Drive continuous improvement of working processes to enhance Disney Cruise Line services both internally and externally. Lead new processes and projects to ensure timely and accurate completion. Maintain and update databases, such as Port Arrival Times, Daily Activity Reports, and Quality Assurance Reviews, as well as report data for monthly summaries and on-demand requests. Support the Terminal Help Manager with the immigration process and citizenship inquiries, as well as Cast Role development. Assist with itinerary planning documentation for citizenship requirements. Play a key role in developing content and educating and aligning audiences regarding business integration program development and implementation plans for the overall Disney Cruise Line operation. Identify issues and resolve problems related to projects, content, and measurement to improve project success. Maintain Terminal Operations documentation, including but not limited to working aids, forms, and Guest embarkation insurance for accuracy and consistency. Schedule, seat, and record office meetings. Lead communication with partner areas, both internal and external, with any feedback or functional updates or changes. Attend and support Terminal Operations in Port Canaveral, South Florida, and Outports. Occasionally support the Outport team by assisting with terminal/area launch operations. Conduct Quality Assurance Reviews and schedule Reviews for terminal operations. Collaborate with other departments within Disney Cruise Line to ensure a seamless Guest experience. Act as a liaison between Disney Cruise Line and all third-party vendor operations. Maintain a positive working relationship with third-party vendors participating in the daily port operation. Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Knowledge of cruise products, the cruise industry, and terminal operations. Understanding of internal and external connections and responsibilities as they relate to a cruise terminal wharf operation. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint. Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong Guest service skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Tourism industry experience. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Valid passport, as this position may require international travel. Ability to travel frequently to support terminal operation locations. Ability to lift 50 pounds, push luggage carts that may weigh over 500 pounds, and use equipment in a warehouse setting. Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, the following preferred qualifications will be considered a plus: Over three years of cruise line dock operations or comparable experience. Disney Cruise Line Manager and Base knowledge, policies, procedures. Microsoft PowerApps/Power Automate experience. Knowledge of Disney Cruise Line systems, including DXP, Seaware, and Fidelio. Understanding of immigration policies regarding areas Disney Cruise Line sails from, including but not limited to the US, Schengen area, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
