As we continue to grow and expand our services, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Travel Consultant to join our team, working after hours, evenings, and weekends to provide top-notch travel management solutions to our clients. Job Overview In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of travel for our clients, including booking and issuing domestic and complex international airline itineraries, hotel reservations, and car and train reservations through our GDS system. You will work closely with clients to understand their travel needs, provide expert advice, and ensure that all travel arrangements are made efficiently and effectively. As a Corporate Travel Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Answer calls and emails promptly from clients requesting new travel arrangements or changes to existing itineraries Utilize Sabre to book and issue airline, hotel, car, and other reservations accurately and efficiently Maintain sufficient account knowledge to assist clients without delay Check queues daily to ensure accuracy and that all issued tickets are complete Maintain service non-stop programs such as preferred vendors, Waiver/Favors, RezCritiques, and Vacation Referrals Provide travel expertise to clients, including sending quotes for international travel and understanding open skies and FAA rules Meet KPIs as outlined by management, including maintaining consistent attendance and adherence to the schedule Communicate with airlines on flight changes, seating, and upgrades, and provide updates to the client as needed Follow ADTRAV policies, procedures, and approved workflows to service travelers Provide excellent customer service in every interaction with travelers, showing empathy and identifying and solving traveler issues Communicate effectively with other agents and employees to solve problems, gather information, and service travelers Become knowledgeable in ADTRAV's industry and customer base, and participate in ongoing training to continuously build knowledge and skills Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required At least 2 years of experience booking domestic and international travel, with complex international travel experience being a plus Experience using a GDS System, with Sabre being required and Amadeus being a plus Highly knowledgeable of city, airline, hotel, and car rental codes Knowledgeable of government travel requirements, visas, and passports Understanding of federal travel regulations, Fly America Act, and Open Skies Agreement Strong computer and typing skills, including the ability to navigate quickly between programs and use shortcut keys Demonstrated experience learning and using technology, and ability to use multiple applications and monitors at one time Ability to consistently deliver excellent customer service, internally and externally Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) Excellent English written and verbal communication skills Excellent listening skills, with the ability to listen to and respond to the traveler's needs and clarify as needed Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Previous experience working in a similar role, with a focus on corporate travel management Knowledge of ADTRAV's industry and customer base Experience working with multiple GDS systems Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong attention to detail, with an emphasis on accuracy and quality Highly self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and complete tasks with minimal supervision Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to communicate ideas and concepts clearly and concisely, while also being open to receive feedback and direction as needed Able to present a professional and positive demeanor with internal and external customers/clients, and work cooperatively Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At ADTRAV, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
