About the Role: Channel Manager - UKI We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Channel Manager to join our team in the UK and Ireland. As a Channel Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and executing our channel strategy, building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners, and driving business growth through strategic partnerships and exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan that focuses on net new business generated by the channel ecosystem and expands the partner network within the region Recruit and onboard new strategic channel partners, ensuring a strong fit with our business goals and values Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, providing exceptional support and guidance to help them succeed and grow their business Develop and implement a business development and revenue plan with BlueCat partners, aligning with our overall sales strategy and goals Manage deal registration, forecast, and pipeline with BlueCat channel partners, coordinating partner engagement and sales activities with our regional sales teams Drive joint opportunity development activities with channel partners through account mapping, marketing activities, and utilizing BlueCat channel marketing programs Provide regular insights and feedback to internal teams on partner needs, representing their views and requirements throughout the organization Essential Qualifications and Skills: University degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or computer science 5+ years of prior experience in enterprise software and channel management, with a proven track record of success in building and maintaining strong partner relationships Strong business development skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with partners, customers, and internal stakeholders Outstanding time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the technology industry and the needs of our customers and partners Fluency in English, with additional languages such as Italian, French, or Spanish being an advantage Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, with a valid driver's license and the ability to work independently in a remote setting Preferred Qualifications and Skills: Prior experience working with Cisco or other similar technology companies Experience with tiered channel sales models and the ability to navigate complex sales ecosystems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop insights that inform business decisions Experience with channel marketing programs and the ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire partners and internal teams Career Growth and Development Opportunities At BlueCat, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
