Key Responsibilities As our ideal candidate, you'll be responsible for: Developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies that align with our clients' marketing goals and objectives Creating high-quality, engaging social media content (including reels, graphics, and captions) that resonates with our target audience Managing multiple social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube Monitoring and analyzing social media performance metrics to optimize campaign results and make data-driven decisions Collaborating with our marketing team to ensure seamless execution of social media campaigns and cross-promotion of content Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure our clients remain competitive Providing regular progress updates and reporting to our clients on social media performance and campaign results Essential Qualifications To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you'll need: A minimum of 2 years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of working with real estate clients A portfolio showcasing your social media content creation skills, including reels and graphic content Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling social media content and communicate effectively with our clients Self-motivation, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team Comfortable with time and activity tracking via Hubstaff while working Availability to work in the US Time zone Reliable high-speed internet connection with a backup solution in place for power outages and network disruptions Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus: Experience with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer Knowledge of social media advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads Experience with content creation software, such as Adobe Creative Cloud Ability to create engaging video content, including reels and live streams Experience with social media analytics tools, such as Google Analytics Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At [Company Name], we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
