Job Description:Job DescriptionWe are seeking a proven Program Management Supervisor who will serve as the primary point of contact for complex Healthcare customers that use one or more of the UPS portfolio offerings. The individual will support performance reliability and execution, promote customer retention and growth, and foster a differentiated customer experience with UPS. Key Responsibilities:Conduct short- and medium-term project managementProvide client advocacy and critical issue resolutionSupport compliance collaboration, risk mitigation, process improvement, and other value-added serviceOversee standard operating procedures (SOPs), manage statements of work (SOWs), and support other operational and technical engagementsCoordinate and deliver regular reportingDrive quantified value for our customersFacilitate internal and external meetingsUnderstand UPS Healthcare offerings, products and servicesQualifications:Effective written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to collaboratively work with customer service, operational, technical, quality, financial and other functional teamsProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to analyze data and translate insight into recommendationsBachelor’s degree or 5+ years of equivalent experienceHealthcare Logistics Distribution experience preferredOTHER CRITERIA:UPS is an equal opportunity employer.
