About the Northwest National Sales Team Our Northwest National sales team is dedicated to partnering with organizations to address and solve complex risk problems. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be an integral part of this team, working closely with clients to drive product adoption, identify new sales opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Client Engagement and Success: Engage with clients post-implementation to address product performance inquiries, ensure ROI has been met, and identify opportunities for growth. Sales Opportunity Identification: Optimize every client contact to assess additional client needs and uncover new sales opportunities, driving revenue growth and customer expansion. Client Communication and Correspondence: Prepare client correspondence per established communication plans, communicating regularly with clients both proactively and on demand. Issue Resolution and Escalation: Resolve service delivery or quality problem issues raised by clients, working closely with internal teams to respond to these issues and escalating roadblocks through management teams as needed. Collaboration and Product Knowledge: Collaborate with the product team to further develop knowledge on particular solutions, enhancing the client's experience with LexisNexis Risk Solutions. Continuous Improvement: Identify changes in performance, complete and document analysis, and drive enhancements to production, ensuring continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. Qualifications and Skills Essential Qualifications 3+ years of customer success or sales experience, preferably in a risk management or financial services context. Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience. Experience working with customers in a variety of industries, such as financial services, fintech, and credit. Strong consultative skills, with the ability to collaborate and explore options with customers. Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications Experience with risk management or financial services products, preferably in a customer-facing role. Strong understanding of Anti-Money Laundering/Counter Terrorist Financing, Identity Authentication & Verification, Fraud and Credit Risk mitigation, and Customer Data Management. Proven track record of driving customer success and revenue growth in a sales or customer success role. Skills and Competencies Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work in a team environment, soliciting input and feedback from colleagues and stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and drive business outcomes. Adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to navigate changing priorities and customer needs.
