Job Overview We are seeking highly motivated and talented individuals to join our team as Innovation Analysis Interns for Summer 2025. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work with our dynamic team, gain meaningful work experience, and contribute to the success of our organization. Key Responsibilities Assist with business activities and processes, including data analysis, research, and project management Participate in team meetings, presentations, and projects, and contribute to the development of innovative solutions Research emerging trends and technologies, and evaluate their potential impact on our business Generate reports, promotional materials, and other work products to support our business objectives Serve internal and external customers, including independent agents, policyholders, and other stakeholders Requirements and Qualifications To be considered for this internship, you must meet the following requirements: Enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student or part-time graduate student at an accredited college or university Majoring in Entrepreneurship, Business, or a related discipline, with an interest in start-ups and innovation Previous internships in the insurance industry are preferred, but not required Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, with unofficial transcripts required for application Ability to work up to 40 hours per week, with a flexible schedule to accommodate your academic commitments Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and related software, with excellent communication and analytical skills Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in the insurance industry, including internships or co-op programs Knowledge of insurance principles, practices, and regulations Experience with data analysis, research, and project management Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop innovative solutions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and self-motivation Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and related software, with the ability to learn new technologies and systems quickly Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy in all aspects of your work Career Growth and Development At The Cincinnati Insurance Companies, we are committed to providing our interns with a comprehensive and supportive learning environment.
