From lease payments and digital keys to service requests and financial integrations, their platform simplifies the property management experience for everyone involved. They are a small, fast-moving team with big ambitions. You’ll work closely with the CTO and other internal stakeholders, and have a direct impact on the evolution of the platform. About the RoleWe’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our team and help build the next generation of our property management platform. This role is ideal for someone with about 5 years of hands-on experience across the stack, comfortable in a startup environment, and excited to work on a wide variety of technical challenges — from feature development to API integrations. You’ll be working directly with the CTO, contributing to everything from quality control to backend services and integrations. Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the CTO to design, build,maintain, and debug features across the platform. Develop and maintain integrations with third-party APIs and servicesContribute to both frontend (React Native, Flutter, TypeScript) and backend (Node.js) development. Ensure performance, security, and scalability as the product grows. Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices. Work in a small, agile team where you’ll take ownership of projects end-to-end and drive decisions with long-term impacts. Requirements5+ years of full stack engineering experience, ideally in SaaS or startup environments. Strong skills in TypeScript, React Native, Flutter, and Node.js. Experience working with APIs and integrations (payment processors, financial systems, CRMs, etc.). Previous exposure to small teams/startups where you’ve worn multiple hats. Solid understanding of databases, performance optimization, and security considerations. A proactive and strategic, ownership-driven mindset — comfortable shipping independently and collaborating closely to build with scalability, adaptability, and maintainability in mind. Nice to have QualificationsFamiliarity with real estate, property management, or financial software. Experience with cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices.
