Workday Adaptive Consultant- part-time W2 contract. Must have extensive experience in implementing Workday Adaptive Planning and applying best practices. This is a remote opportunity. RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance; MBA or related advanced degree preferred. Minimum 12 years’ experience in a high-performing FP&A function, preferably within a Fortune 500 environment. Proven expertise in Workday Adaptive Planning, including implementation, model building, and optimization. Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, with a problem-solving mindset. Experience leading cross-functional initiatives to improve financial systems and processes. Advanced MS Excel and intermediate skills in SQL, SAP, and Power BI. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. Self-starter with a growth mindset and a collaborative, solution-oriented approach. Embrace a “yes and” mindset of willingness to help and be a part of the solution. Own responsibilities end-to-end in an independent manner. Drives FP&A strategy analysis for senior executive leadership. Demonstrates natural curiosity to learn and identify opportunities for process improvement.
