Key Responsibilities Design and develop revolutionary iOS native applications, ensuring seamless user experiences and high-quality delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions, automate systems, and ensure defect-free delivery. Work closely with technical architects and stakeholders to build enterprise-wide consumer experiences. Lead a team of developers working on iOS native applications, providing guidance and support to achieve business objectives. Mentor and mature the agile team in on-time and on-budget execution, driving innovation and efficiency. Participate in production issue triage and prevention, release control support, and backlog maintenance. Recruit, mentor, and retain top talent for the team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Research and develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) and innovative new ideas for consumer interactions. Drive work using industry-leading agile practices, ensuring continuous improvement and delivery. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you must possess: 5+ years of experience in iOS native app development, with a strong portfolio of projects. Hands-on experience in Swift, SwiftUI, and Objective-C, with a deep understanding of design patterns (MVP, MVC, MVVM, etc.). Experience with XCUITest and XCTest, ensuring high-quality delivery and testing. Strong knowledge of functional programming and reactive patterns using Combine. Excellent interpersonal communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams. Agile software development experience, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives. A high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency, with the authorization to work in the United States.
