Job Summary We're seeking a skilled Digital Savings Operations Live Chat Casual Worker to join our team. This remote position offers an immediate start for the right candidate, with a competitive salary and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home. As a key member of our Digital Savings Team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, working collaboratively with team members to enhance our products and services, and identifying opportunities to improve client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Live Chat Agent: Provide first-class client service through Live Chat functionality, responding to client queries, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed. Client Support: Assist clients with servicing needs, answer questions, and provide solutions to their problems. Vulnerable Client Identification: Recognize clients in vulnerable situations and develop strategies to support them. Process Improvement: Proactively identify patterns in client frustrations and needs, suggesting updates to processes, tools, or products to enhance client experience. Complaint Handling: Identify and log client complaints, ensuring fair treatment and opportunities for clients to share their thoughts and concerns. Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need: Regulatory Knowledge: Understand and comply with relevant regulations and guidelines. Integrity and Fair Treatment: Act with integrity at all times, treating clients fairly and with respect. Compliance: Understand and follow all relevant compliance considerations, including regulatory environments and procedures. Client Relationship Experience: Proven experience in dealing directly with clients and maintaining client relationships in a service or sales environment. Working Arrangements This is a part-time remote position, requiring a minimum of 8 hours per week. You'll work from home in the UK, with a solid internet connection (download speed: 10mbps; upload speed: 3mbps). You'll also spend 2 days per week in training at our Gresham Street, London office for the first month.
