Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound calls from entrepreneurs and executives, engaging with them to understand their needs and recommend suitable American Express Small Business Services (SBS) products Convey in-depth product and service knowledge to communicate key features, benefits, and other relevant information about American Express Private Business Services Continuously develop key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, resolving complaints, and closing sales Provide exceptional client care by responding to inquiries about accounts in a timely and organized manner Record important account data in accordance with established policies and procedures Maintain integrity by complying with all Administrative and Compliance rules related to sales and sales practices Essential Qualifications At least two years of customer support experience, with a focus on building client loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, and strong written and verbal communication skills Proven success in a customer support and sales environment, with a minimum of two years of experience Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and priorities in an electronic environment High school diploma or equivalent required; education benefits available Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a remote work environment Familiarity with American Express products and services Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong organizational and time management skills Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
