Key Responsibilities As a Senior Data Analyst, Customer Analytics, your key responsibilities will include: Partnering with the Customer Solutions team to drive increased data literacy and adoption of data-driven insights Supporting the creation of data-driven tactical and strategic direction to business stakeholders Collaborating with Customer Solutions teams to develop new analytics tools and insights Building Power BI reports and dashboards based on business requirements Translating contract and pricing data into digestible reports and dashboards Investigating reporting issues and providing expertise to resolve and follow-up in a timely manner Monitoring use of reports and dashboards to gauge value and increase use across supported business units Working efficiently with large data sets to derive insights Creating/modify custom Structured Query Language (SQL) for complex data pulls Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing enhancements to existing analytics tools, databases, data collection methods, statistical methods, technology, and training methods Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in economics, Computer Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Science, Business, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline 4+ years of data analysis and reporting experience Experience with Excel in data analysis, sorting, cleansing, reporting, and other advanced methods Experience building and developing PowerBI dashboards and reporting Basic data modeling and fundamental core database concepts Experience presenting written and verbal communications, including explanation of data and insights to business and technical leaders Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following skills and qualifications are preferred: SQL, Python, R, Statistical Analysis, and database skills Experience working with large data sets and deriving insights Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques Experience with data mining and predictive analytics Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to think strategically and drive business outcomes through data-driven insights Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Stryker, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
