Role SummaryHelp build the world’s best deep learning cloud by delivering frontend and backend systems that power Lambda's ML and AI platform. What You’ll DoDesign and build intuitive, beautiful web interfaces for ML/AI cloud usersIntegrate top-tier tooling, workflows, and models from the AI spaceOwn features end-to-end—from design to deployment to monitoringYou (Must-Haves)Frontend Experience (6+ years)Responsive web apps using:TypeScriptReact (or equivalent experience in Vue or Svelte)HTML and modern CSSViteBackend Experience (8+ years)Business-critical services using:Python, Unix/Command lineDjango or FastAPIRelational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQLAdditional Core ExperienceCI/CD: Automation around testing and deploymentReliability & Observability: Logging, alerting, and building highly available systemsCloud Native Services: AWS, Okta, Cloudflare, etc. Nice-to-HavesExperience with KubernetesInfrastructure as Code (Terraform, Atlantis, Crossplane, etc.)Event-based or serverless tech (e.g., AWS Lambda, Kinesis)Experience in ML, AI, or data scienceApplication security and web hardeningLeadership or mentorship experienceStrong academic background (EECS, Math, Software Engineering, Physics)Salary RangeThe annual salary range for this position is $225,000-$445,000, with flexibility based on experience and qualifications.
