Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Agent to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls from customers, providing technical assistance, and resolving account-related issues in a professional and courteous manner. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by quickly and accurately identifying and assessing individual customer needs and taking appropriate action steps to satisfy those needs. Project patience, empathy, caring, and sincerity in voice tone and words, establishing rapport over the phone quickly and remaining positive and upbeat while following client guidelines and all rules and regulations. Communicate thoughts and information clearly and succinctly, handling unpleasant or negative information in a tactful manner. Consistently meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards, demonstrating flexibility and a positive attitude in response to change. Build and maintain productive working relationships with others, contributing as an effective team member and participating in special projects as required. Essential Qualifications Prior customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume call center environment. Professional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems while speaking with customers. Outstanding attendance and work ethic, with a strong ability to manage time effectively. Self-motivated, problem-solver, and critical thinker, with good typing/keyboarding skills (a test will be given). Ability and openness to work professionally with a diverse customer base, working well in a team setting. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a contact center or customer service environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Familiarity with accounts receivable or financial services industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities. Skills and Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and tasks while maintaining a high level of productivity and quality. Proficiency in time management, with the ability to meet established productivity and schedule adherence standards.
