Job Overview As a Distribution Support Manager, you will be responsible for developing, designing, and implementing sales and service behaviors and activities related to the overall opening of our NextGen Financial Centers. This includes community involvement, outside business calling, event planning, space design, One Bank Partnerships, and mobility. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including IT, Retail Operations, and Marketing, to ensure the branch team and facility are ready for turnover and opening day activities. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving account growth, standardizing One Bank processes, and leading by example to promote Consultative Sales and Service behaviors within the organization. Key Responsibilities Creation and standardization of pre and post-opening sales processes to support metrics/tracking that drive accountability at the branch level Partnership with IT, Retail Operations, and EWS to ensure the branch team and facility are ready for turnover and opening day activities Collaboration with Marketing and One Bank Team to build Marketing Prospect Leads and load into FNA Utilization of the De Novo and NextGen Playbook Model to support new branches in achieving higher levels of account growth Development and drive of standardized One Bank processes at the Branch FC pre and post-opening Leadership by example to ensure the overall Consultative Sales and Service behaviors are practiced within the organization Partnership with Retail National and Retail Leadership to drive consistency within the field by creating a feedback loop that allows for continuous measurement of the program Identification of strategies/best practices that can be enhanced or incorporated to support De Novo performance across the distribution Regular travel to branch sites (up to 50%) to provide support to teammates and markets, ensuring the proper behavioral activities are being used to drive successful growth Supervisory Responsibilities As a Distribution Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing employees with timely, candid, and constructive performance feedback, developing employees to their fullest potential, and providing challenging opportunities that enhance employee career growth. You will also be responsible for developing the appropriate talent pool to ensure adequate bench strength and succession planning, recognizing and rewarding employees for accomplishments, and fostering a culture of inclusivity and diversity. Essential Qualifications 5+ years of Retail Banking and sales management experience required Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience preferred Demonstrated ability to convert strategic vision into a tactical plan and execute on that plan Experience operating successfully in a complex, matrixed organization, driving change through influence Self-motivated with excellent business acumen Demonstrated ability to identify and realize new sales opportunities Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks Strong Microsoft Office and presentation/workshop development skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail banking environment Knowledge of sales and service behaviors, including Consultative Sales and Service Familiarity with the De Novo and NextGen Playbook Model Experience with One Bank Partnerships and mobility Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Fifth Third Bank, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of our employees.
